Just bought a ford focus from these guys last week. Honestly a great experience. They were able to accommodate me even though I came a bit(very) late and were very patient as I examined the car before taking it for a test drive. They both seemed very knowlegable and were able to answer all of the questions I had about the car. This was also my first car in the UK and they were nice enough to walk me through all of the things I would need to have the car on the road legally.
The car itself was in great condition and came freshly cleaned inside and out. I would definitely reccomend.

I sold my car here. It was so easy! I called and booked an appointment at my convenience, my car was looked at, they offered me a price that was valid until the end if the month. T was a better offer than we buy any car and they didnt knock the price down. After I accepted Iand popped down to the garage, they sorted everything for me. The existing finance was paid off, transfered the remainder there and then, I handed over the keys, gave them the logbook and service details. An easy experience. Thank you for making it so easy!

Customer Service - Excellent Communication - Excellent Helpfulness - Excellent I can't fault them on anything to be honest. Made purchasing the vehicle so easy. Scott kept me updated even when he was on holiday abroad. No hidden costs or pressure to take out extended warranty. Which I did as it made sense on an older vehicle. A Great business, l can't recommend these guys highly enough, l visited with my 81 years young Father as he had seen a Car he wanted to buy, the service was great from start to finish, there was no pressure, they gave him a very fair part exchange with a very good warranty on the new Car, they couldn't do enough for him, Dad loves his new Car and we as a family we will definitely use these guys again, really impressed!!
